fonts-lklug-sinhala-udeb software package provides Unicode Sinhala font by Lanka Linux User Group, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-lklug-sinhala-udeb
fonts-lklug-sinhala-udeb is installed in your system.
